Day 4 – Water, water and more water.
Most people are dehydrated and don’t know this. The body needs lots of water. Start your day off with at least 32 ounces of water (first thing).
I saw a great tip on how to assure you do this each and every day. Fill a 32 ounce container and have it on your nightstand. When you wake in the morning, drink it before getting out of bed.
Or, you can have the bottle waiting on the bathroom counter or on the kitchen counter.
The point being, drink 32 ounces within minutes of rising.
Then throughout the day, drink water. At a minimum, drink 8 – 8 oz glasses a day. More if possible.
Water increases you energy, ability to focus and so much more.

Day 5 – Breathe Deep
Benefits of deep breathing are a reduction in stress and blood pressure. Deep breathing is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your health. General body aches and pains are reduced.
Day 6 – Give Thanks
Today I give thanks for being able to move. I thank my body for carrying me through all life puts in front of me. The easy roads. The challenges. The obstacles. The days of ease. All of it, I give thanks for.
